1. Shipping Rates & Worldwide Coverage

We offer worldwide shipping to most destinations.

A flat $50 delivery fee is charged on all orders across the world.

There are no hidden shipping fees or “checkout-only” surprises—what you see is what you pay.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your payment has been confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been packed and is ready for shipment.

3. Shipping Carriers & Estimated Delivery Times

Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on your location and carrier availability.

Estimated delivery time for both United States and international orders is approximately 7–10 business days from dispatch.

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local carrier workloads, or unforeseen delays.

4. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

You can check the status of your package using the provided tracking link.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. The Crown Leathers is not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from customs processing.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Although we ship worldwide, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Certain remote locations may experience extended delivery times or additional carrier restrictions.

If for any reason we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you promptly with available options.
