Customized or personalized items cannot be refunded unless there is a defect caused by us.

Once we receive the returned item and it passes inspection, your refund will be issued within 15 days.

Refunds are only processed after we receive the product back at our warehouse.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless:

In these cases, The Crown Leathers will cover all return shipping charges.
